Standard Order Entry Policy: The standard printing time is 7 to 10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Production will start the next business day after order entry, pre-payment,  acceptance of camera ready artwork and proof approval (if required by us) has occurred. Production will not start until all requirements are met.

About Rush Orders: Rush printing is available upon request for a premium, or it may be offered for free, depending on which pen you are ordering. You must allow the specified amount of printing time to occur. (Example:  If  you order a 3 day rush pen, you must wait at least 3 business days for printing to occur)   Production will start the next business day after order entry, pre-payment,  acceptance of camera ready artwork and proof approval (if required by us) has occurred. Production will not start until all requirements are met.
 

Payment Options: All orders are to be 100% prepaid in advance of printing, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Upon request we will also accept: Paypal, Personal Check, Western Union Money Order, Money Gram,  wire transfers (amounts over $5,000 only  & you pay all of the fees)

Purchase Orders: Are available for official US Military, Federal or State business, including all  government institutions, state agencies, regulatory bodies, public schools, universities, colleges, public hospitals. Some exceptions may apply. Fax your purchase order to: 954-963-0553

Shipping Policy: All items are shipped UPS Ground for Free in the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all US Territories. UPS Ground will take approximately 2 to 6 days to occur, depending on where in the United States you live. If you need Rush Shipping, you will be charged for rush shipping. 3rd party billing is not available. All claims must be made with UPS.

Logos: We can use any art file that you may have, but do prefer vector art saved as a .pdf for PC's with the fonts saved as curves/paths/outlines. The application of a logo may delay your order 24 hours, or more depending on the quality of the artwork.

Proofs: Upon request we will provide a free proof for your order. The proofing process may delay the processing of  your order, we are not responsible for any time lost due to art delays. We will provide a complimentary proof for all orders with a logo. If you approve a proof incorrectly and your order is mis-printed due to your negligence, there is absolutely no way to reprint the pens, we are not liable for your mistakes, or act of omission.

International and Military Shipping: We ship products anywhere in the free world, or places soon to be liberated. APO & Forward Operating Base shipping is available thru the U.S.P.S. Military Mail.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. All claims must be made with the carrier.

Overruns: Orders may be overrun up to 5%, we do not charge for this, consider it our little gift to you.

Transfer of Ownership: Once the product is delivered you are the rightful owner of the merchandise, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. All claims must be made with the shipping company. If your package is stolen, you are out of luck, sorry.

Guarantee: All Products are 100% Guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defects.

Returns/ Claims: All returns or claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
